Young gang members given chance to change in Enfield's fourth call-in at Wood Green Crown Court
9:12am Wednesday 24th October 2012 in News By Hermione Wright
Sixteen young gang members were given a chance to change their lives at Wood Green Crown Court last night.
The gang call-in, which is the fourth in Enfield, saw ex-gang members, policemen, surgeons and the mother of murdered schoolboy Shakilus Townsend warn the youths about the perils of the gang lifestyle.
The gang members, from Get Money Gang, Dem Africans and The Gully Crew, were invited to attend and will be given a chance to sign up to programmes to help them escape the gang culture.
