POOLE, Anne Was taken suddenly from us on the 20th May 2014, aged 68 years. A loving Mother to Helen and Suzanne, Grandmother to Owen, Faye and Charlotte, Daughter of Mary and Sister to Joe. She will be sadly missed by all her family, friends and everyone who knew her. The funeral service will take place on Monday, 16th June at Easthampstead Park Crematorium, South Road, Nine Mile Ride, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG40 3DW at 3:00pm. Family Flowers only please. Donations if desired to The Circulation Foundation or The British Heart Foundation charities and sent c/o The Co-operative Funeralcare, 42 Church Street, Caversham, Reading, Berkshire, RG4 8AU
