Holtwhites Trinibis beat Broxbourne by 38 runs in Division One on Saturday to claim their first win of the season, despite the best efforts of nine-wicket Fakir Dungaria.

Hosts Holtwhites won the toss and elected to bat first but were all out for 189.

Saleem Masood top-scored with a knock of 57, whilst Ali Bukhtara chipped in with 39.

Dungaria excelled with the ball for Broxbourne, taking all but one Holtwhites' wicket to post incredible figures of nine for 55, including three maidens.

The hosts struggled to get going and were bowled out for a disappointing 151.

A knock of 46 from Niall Robinson in the middle-order moved the score along, with Dungaria and Kulbir Gill scoring 32 apiece.

Sajjad Mirza took four for 45 to ease Holtwhites to the win.

In Division Three, North Enfield beat Potters Bar Seconds by four wickets.

Hosts Potters Bar batted first, reaching 133 for seven from 53 overs.

North Enfield hit 137 for six in reply to secure their second win in their opening three fixtures.

In Division Four, Northampton Exiles were beaten by 39 runs at London Colney.

The hosts opened the batting and subsequently scored 205 for six from 53 overs.

Northampton were unable to reach their target, bowled out for 166 off 44.1 overs.

Middlesex County Cricket League

Winchmore Hill suffered an 84-run defeat at Uxbridge in Division Two on Saturday.

Batting first, Uxbridge set a respectable total of 201 for nine from 55 overs.

The visitors were bowled out for 117 from 42 overs in response.

Enfield drew at Southgate on Saturday after failing to remove the hosts.

Batting first, Enfield were eventually bowled out for an impressive 235 from 51.5 overs.

In response, Southgate reached 151 for seven from 48 overs as the game ended in a draw.
